About Us
On 1st May 1938, Vic Cellante migrated to Australia from Italy.
In 1958, together with his close friend, Harry Scholz, he established a business to cater to the demand for country farmlets, weekend retreats, and investment properties.
In 1976, Vic's eldest son, Livio, was introduced into the business and oversaw a huge expansion phase encompassing the acquisition of Victoria's fourth largest country property developer, thereby making the Cellante family unquestionably the dominant player in country properties in Victoria.
Since 1991, the third generation, Romano and Massimo, have been involved in the business and in honour of their grandfather, Vic Cellante, changed the name of the business to Vic Properties.
